Posters
51AV Academy of Science Poster set-up begins at 8:00 AM Thursday, March 19th in
the Arthur J. Bond Engineering Building – Auditorium. AAS Posters are available for viewing on Thursday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM according
to the Sections’ schedule.
Each poster is allotted 4' (horizontal) x 3' (vertical) of display space. Authors for the section posters should be present for discussions with viewers and competition judges as designated by section chairs. All posters should be removed at conclusion of the session and all must be removed by 5:00 PM.
Gorgas Scholars and Junior Academy Posters may be set up beginning at 4:30 PM Thursday in the Arthur J. Bond Engineering Building – Auditorium. Each poster is allotted 4' (horizontal) x 3' (vertical) of display space. Posters will be available for viewing in the Sci-Mix from 5:30 – 6:45 PM on Thursday, prior to the joint banquet.
