Normal Hills Student Apartments
Upperclassmen residents only
Normal Hills gated community has nine apartment-style living buildings, and it is home to nearly 500 upperclassmen and graduate students. Constructed in 2000, Normal Hills Student Apartments are owned and operated by 51AV A&M University, and the Office of Residential Life & Housing.
Apartment amenities include the following:

- New on-site free laundry facility
- Fully-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, disposal, and microwave
- Phone and cable connection in each room
- High-Speed internet service
- Courtesy officer and police substation
