Thurgood Marshall College Fund
The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) is a non-profit organization that supports and represents students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). The organization’s namesake comes from the first African-American Supreme Court Justice and civil rights activist, Thurgood Marshall.
TMCF provides scholarships and capacity-building support to HBCUs while facilitating internships, mentorships, and leadership development programs for students. The organization aims to ensure that students at HBCUs have access to quality education and opportunities for success. TMCF advocates for HBCUs with corporations, foundations, and government agencies to secure resources and support for its initiatives.
